Julia Stella

Beginning her real estate career in 2005, Julia felt it was time to expand her horizons and pursue her passion of real estate in Singapore and now Australia. Julia was determined to find new challenges and was employed by one half of Asia’s largest property companies, the Far East Organization.

Upon relocating to Australia, Julia completed her Masters in Commerce at the University of New South Wales. This enabled her to combine her growing knowledge of real estate with a firm grasp of economics and contributed to her ability to provide clients with tremendous insights into the workings of the real estate market here in Sydney and abroad.

For well over 18 years now, real estate has been more than just a career, it’s been her passion. As a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Julia had proved herself to be one of the hardest working agents and capable of achieving great results and delivering high level of customer service for her clients. Her service combined with honesty, integrity and her warmth regard for her vendors & purchasers.

Julia has undertaken award winning professional training to become a Liveability Real Estate Specialist in order that she can maximise the results for her customers by fully understanding how to identify an additional 17 Liveability Property Marketing Features and market and promote their benefits to buyers.
